Warranty Policy
Natural Bathrooms offers a 12 Month Limited Warranty on all products, commercial, non-commercial, in-home, or residential use. This warranty covers the replacement of any parts that are defective or faulty due to the materials or workmanship of Natural Bathroom or its suppliers. The warranty only applies to defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by water leaks from the tank, improper water quality, poor filter maintenance and replacement, freezing temperatures, power failures, low water flow issues, or any other kind of neglect, misuse, or abuse. There are some other specific exclusions that are explained further in this Warranty. All the parts that are covered by this warranty have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
This Limited Warranty is only for the original buyer (or the original recipient if the product was a gift). Also, it only covers defects to the Cold Plunge Tank that are found within the relevant warranty period.
If you need service under this Warranty, please email us at sales@naturalbathroom.co.uk. You will need to provide us the following information: your name, proof of purchase, date of purchase, product name, and problem description. You must make a claim within the warranty period.
Most warranty issues can be solved by email or phone with one of our Natural Bathroom technicians. If a part needs to be replaced under this warranty, Natural Bathroom will provide the part free of charge and free of delivery cost. If you require an engineer to repair or replace the parts for you, Natural Bathroom will charge an initial call-out fee of £350 + Vat for a qualified service provider to do the repairs for you. If during the service visit it is confirmed to be a genuine fault of the product not caused from any type of neglect listed above, the fee will be refunded to you.
Natural Bathroom will still offer phone support for problems that happen after the warranty period is over, as long as it is reasonable. However, you will have to pay for any costs related to the problem, such as parts, labour, shipping, etc., after the warranty period ends.
Natural Bathroom has the right to decide if a covered part or item needs to be replaced or repaired. Any part(s) that are replaced or repaired under this warranty will be covered for the rest of the original warranty period. The customer has to pay for any extra travel fees, in rural areas, for service by a qualified service provider. These fees are not covered by the warranty.
Natural Bathroom can choose to either give you a new tub (of the same value) or send your tub to the factory for repairs if they cannot fix the problem on-site. You have to pay for any costs of removing the tub for repairs or installation of a new tub. Any tub that is replaced or repaired under this warranty will be covered for the rest of the original warranty period.
All Natural Bathroom Ice Baths incorporate Western Red Cedar wood. Wood is a natural product, so it will have some differences in color, grain, or flaws, which are natural. These features make wood beautiful – so these differences are not defects. For outdoor units, the weather may cause some damage even with the best treatments. Wood surfaces can get dented, scratched, or damaged in other ways if you do not take care of them properly. Every unit is handmade and may have small variations in shape, size, and finish. Our designs change over time, and there may be some differences in angles, elements, and other minor details compared to the model you see online. Our team works hard to make sure our products are high-quality, but we are not responsible for any inperfections of the wood.
This limited warranty is the only warranty that Natural Bathroom gives and it replaces any previous, different, or extra representations. All other warranties, whether they are said or not, including any legal warranty or condition of being good enough or suitable for a certain purpose, are not valid unless the law does not allow that. If that happens, then this warranty will only last for as long as the warranty periods that are written above. This does not apply even if this warranty does not do what it is supposed to do and no matter what kind of damages you ask for, such as for breaking the warranty, breaking the contract, being careless, or being responsible for something bad that happens or under any other legal idea. Natural Bathroom will not pay for any other kind of damages, whether they are direct, indirect, fixed, extra, following, punishing, showing, or special damages, including but not limited to losing money, losing expected savings, or income, losing work, losing production, losing a chance or losing a good name. Some places do not let you leave out or limit extra or following damages, so this limit may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you some legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which are different depending on where you are.
