Natural Bathroom is committed to ensuring prompt delivery for our customers. All in-stock items ordered by 10am will be delivered with our Next Business Day Delivery service. Please make sure to place your orders by 10am for this service. For made-to-order items, delivery times vary per product. Kindly refer to the product description for more details.

bath delivery day (Kerb side free delivery)

On the day of delivery, you can expect the following:

  • You will receive a notification from the delivery provider when your order is on its way.
  • The delivery driver will contact you when they are close to your address and ask you to confirm your location and availability.
  • The delivery driver will arrive at your address and park their vehicle as close as possible to the nearest kerbside. They will unload your order from the vehicle and place it on a safe and secure spot on the kerbside. They will not be able to move your order further than the kerbside or inside your property.
  • You will need to sign for your delivery, and inspect the packages for correctness and condition. If there are any issues, you should inform Natural Bathroom direct so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
  • You will need to have assistance available to move your order from the kerbside to your desired location. You will also need to dispose of any packaging materials responsibly.

    Curbside delivery is a convenient way to receive your order and it allows us to offer our products at the very best prices, but it also requires some preparation and responsibility from you. Please make sure you are ready for your delivery and follow the instructions from the delivery provider.

  • bath delivery day (2-man delivery & installation)

    Worried about receiving the delivery and having to connect and configure the bath yourself? Take the stress away and opt for our 2-man delivery & installation service

  • You will receive a delivery & installation slot 2 weeks prior to the day.
  • The delivery driver will arrive at your address and park their vehicle as close as possible. They will unload your order from the vehicle and place it on a safe and secure spot, removing all packaging and prepare for moving into it’s final installation location.
  • Compressor will be fitted to bath complete with UV Filter.
  • Customer will be required to provide hose to fill the bath for final preperation and testing
  • Please note if you have purchased a bath with WIFI configuration we will require access to the device to be connected and access to your WIFI network if you’d like us to configure this for you also.
  • We will dispose of any packaging materials responsibly.

    Our 2-man delivery & installation option is the ultimate service for convenience and piece of mind for getting your Bath operational on the day of delivery.

    On completion of your order being manufactured and quality checked, you will receive a notification to advise your order has been completed along with a royal mail tracking number. Simply track your item online using Royal Mails tracking service. Find out more about Royal Mail Tracked service

    Returns

    Refund Policy for our Baths

    We value your satisfaction and appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of custom made items, we have a strict refund policy.

    • You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before we start working on your item, whichever comes first. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 1.5% processing fee.
    • If you cancel your order after we have started working on your item, but before we ship it, you will receive a partial refund of 75% of the amount paid. This is to cover the cost of materials and labour involved in creating your item.
    • If you cancel your order after we have shipped your item, or if you refuse to accept the delivery, you will not receive any refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs fees or taxes incurred.
    • If you receive your item and it is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. You may be required to provide proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos.
    • If you receive your item and it is as described, but you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer you a store credit or an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, at our discretion. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs fees or taxes incurred. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

    Refund Policy on stock items

    If you are not satisfied with your item or simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    The item must be in its original condition, unused and in original packaging.

    • The item must be returned using the same delivery method that was used to send it to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service and keep the proof of postage.
    • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and availability. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide us with photos or videos as evidence.
    • If the item is as described, but you change your mind or order the wrong size, colour, or style, we will offer you a refund or an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference.

    To initiate a return, please contact us by email at sales@naturalbathroom.co.uk. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 days. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange is completed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will incur a 1.6% processing fee. Exchanges will be shipped to your original delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item does not meet the above conditions.
