Refund Policy for our Baths
We value your satisfaction and appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of custom made items, we have a strict refund policy.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before we start working on your item, whichever comes first. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 1.5% processing fee.
- If you cancel your order after we have started working on your item, but before we ship it, you will receive a partial refund of 75% of the amount paid. This is to cover the cost of materials and labour involved in creating your item.
- If you cancel your order after we have shipped your item, or if you refuse to accept the delivery, you will not receive any refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs fees or taxes incurred.
- If you receive your item and it is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. You may be required to provide proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos.
- If you receive your item and it is as described, but you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer you a store credit or an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, at our discretion. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs fees or taxes incurred. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Policy on stock items
If you are not satisfied with your item or simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unused and in original packaging.
- The item must be returned using the same delivery method that was used to send it to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service and keep the proof of postage.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and availability. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide us with photos or videos as evidence.
- If the item is as described, but you change your mind or order the wrong size, colour, or style, we will offer you a refund or an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at sales@naturalbathroom.co.uk. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 days. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange is completed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will incur a 1.6% processing fee. Exchanges will be shipped to your original delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item does not meet the above conditions.
