This bath is wood-fired, giving you the satisfaction of heating it through good ol’ off-grid methods. So, grab a cold one, chuck some logs on the fire, and enjoy a soak under the stars.

The internal wood burning chamber of this wood fired hot tub couldn’t be simpler to use and you’ll feel a huge sense of satisfaction as you feel the water start to heat . In just 1.5hrs in summer and 2.5hrs in winter, you’re tub will be at temparature and ready for you to lay back and embrace your surroundings.

Suitable for both fresh or salt water, this wood fired hot tub can be used literally anywhere.

Managing fire and water temperature:

Wood-burning stoves function by trapping the energy generated by the fire within the stove. Their efficiency results from regulating both the wood quantity and the air supply to the fire.

  • Starting the Fire: Keep the door open when igniting the fire with kindling. Use kindling to start the fire and gradually add larger-diameter wood (up to 4 inches wide).
  • Established Fire with More Heat: Partially close the door once the fire is established, but you still desire additional heat.
  • Limiting Heat: Close the door and leave the vents open when the water temperature reaches approx 32°C (it will gradually rise to approximately 40°C) to restrict the fire’s heat output.
  • Water Circulation: Heat exchange pipes pass water over the fire, aiding in heating and circulating water throughout the tub.

Hot and cold water will naturally separate, but stirring with a wooden paddle evens out the temperature. If the water feels too hot, simply add cold water and stir.

Extending water life without chemicals:

Don’t want to throw the water out after just a few days? We recommend bromine granules which a great chemical free solution to extend the life of your tub water up to 3 weeks.
